PAYMENT

Steel Couture uses paypal.com to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit card payments. Paypal is a free, secure and reliable intermediary that keeps your credit card information confidential. If you prefer to pay by money order, simply email order@steelcouture.com with relevant information.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders ship within 2-5 days of ordering and often sooner; you will be notified the day they ship. If you need an item rushed to you, mention it in the "comments" section during checkout and you will be sent an invoice for the additional payment.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling is free for all orders over $100. Orders less than $100 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a charge of $7.00. International customers will receive a Paypal Invoice requesting the additional funds for actual postage.

RETURNS

Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt; exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please contact us via email asap if you need to return an item for any reason.
